Home Reading Book Changes
Home Reading Book Changes
Your child’s book will be changed each week if it has been read at home and the home reading booklet signed.
All classes change their books on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The older the child the more independent we encourage them to be when choosing their next book.
School Uniform
School Uniform
All children must come to school looking smart, tidy and clean. We ask that the children wear red sweatshirts or cardigans, grey skirts, pinafores, trousers or shorts and white or red polo shirts or t-shirts. Shoes should be black or red. In the summer we ask that children wear closed toe sandals at all times.
School uniform can be purchased on line by following this link:
Dulwich Village Uniform
Alternatively items can be purchased from well known supermarkets and department stores.
The PTFA also holds second hand uniform sales and uniform may be purchased here.
The school has a NO JEWELLERY policy other than allowing simple studs for those who have their ears pierced.
Lost Property
Lost Property
There are lost property trolleys on each site inside the main building near the main offices. Please ask if you would like to look through this. The school looks through the lost property for named items and successfully returns this to each child. If it is not labelled then it remains in lost property until claimed. At the end of the year remaining items are taken to a local charity shop.

Parents are asked to sign an agreement when joining the school to advise us as to whether your child should or should not appear on the school website or any other publication in school. (No names are used in these situations). Please call the office if you have not signed this or if you have changed your mind. Thank you.
Communications
Communications
The school is reducing the amount of paper it uses and will be emailing parents with almost all of our our communications. We also have a texting service which will occasionally be used to issue reminders to your phones regarding dates, events or even school closure. Please ensure the school has your most up to date email address and mobile number.
